Day 10
Besides feeling very tired overall it was a good day. Counter is showing 96.3 kg, all that water went away after the gym run.
Today i spent 1:30 min on the stepper and the band, a bit of running too besides the uphill walk.
Breakfast: Tea and biscuits
Lunch: chicken and salad
Dinner: milk
Had a bowl of green salad later in the evening, felt the need of chewing on something rather than being hungry.
Took 2 ginseng and 1 Beviplex.
