Pause, no gym today.

Had a bit of alcohol and redbull last night at a party. Not supposed to.

Today I am eating only fruits (strawberries, cheeries, grapes and oranges). Took one ginseng too, feeling a little hungry but I believe it is mostly psychological than physical.

Best part of the day, first time this year the counter went in the 96 kg range, 96.9.
