Day 4

At the gym at 4 PM for 1 hour 45.

Walked uphill for 30 mins (almost fell of the machine)

Intense straight walking for 45 min (after 10 min my liver started to hurt while eliminating toxines, though after the pain passed i felt a lot of energy and managed to go on for another 30 min, most fantastic effort so far, felt like i stepped over a mental block)

Lost about 1.4 kg in one day.

Food intake:

Breakfast - mineral water

Lunch - 3 pieces of chicken

Dinner - Beef steak on grill

Was not supposed to but i got a small can of Cola, one icecream during the day and bit of McDonalds later in the evening too.

Took: 2 Calcium + A&D Vitamin, 1 Ginseng, 1 Beviplex N

EFFORT: Intense though i felt a lot of energy

STATE OF MIND: Positive

PHISICAL STATE: Energetic
