Started going to the gym again. About 2 hours, from 7 PM - 9 PM

- Walking on the band 30 min

- Abs, 15 kg, 15 repeats x 5 series

- Chest, 20 kg, 10 repeats x 5 series

- Back, 30 kg, 15 repeats x 5 series

Had 101 Kg when i went in.

Took 2 Calcium Lactic + 1 A&D2 vitamins

EFFORT - MILD
