Day 11
Fantastic day, took down 1.1 kg in the gym session. 3 serries of intense running (15-20 min each), abs, chest, back.
Food intake:
Breakfast: milk and chocolate croisant
Lunch: big salad
Dinner: oranges
Took: 1 calcium, 1 A&D vitamin, 1 beviplex, 2 ginseng
State of mind: positive
Phisical state: fresh
Day 10
Besides feeling very tired overall it was a good day. Counter is showing 96.3 kg, all that water went away after the gym run.
Today i spent 1:30 min on the stepper and the band, a bit of running too besides the uphill walk.
Breakfast: Tea and biscuits
Lunch: chicken and salad
Dinner: milk
Had a bowl of green salad later in the evening, felt the need of chewing on something rather than...
Day 9
Back to the diet.
Today i had yogurt with pretzels in the morning, soup in the afternoon and evening.
Took two calcium and one ginseng.
Feeling very tired.
Day 8
A bit worried, some of the kilos are back. I believe it is water, i drank a lot after all the pickles from yesterday. Finaly a day with a normal meal for me :) I can eat everything i want today.
Went to the Gym but I am not a happy camper. I didn’t have too much energy and it felt in vain somehow. Only staid in for 45 min - 1 hour, without too much focus.
Took 1 Ginseng.
Day 7
Menu for today is weird, all day only pickles. No gym.

Day 6
Pause, no gym today.
Had a bit of alcohol and redbull last night at a party. Not supposed to.
Today I am eating only fruits (strawberries, cheeries, grapes and oranges). Took one ginseng too, feeling a little hungry but I believe it is mostly psychological than physical.
Best part of the day, first time this year the counter went in the 96 kg range, 96.9.

At the gym at 6 PM for 2 hour 15.
Walked uphill for 1.30 h
300 Abs (6 x 50)
Food intake:
Breakfast - tea and biscuits
Lunch - simple soup
Dinner - oranges
Took: 2 Calcium + A&D Vitamin, 1 Ginseng, 1 Beviplex N
EFFORT: Intense
STATE OF MIND: Positive (abs were killing me)
PHISICAL STATE: Normal
Day 5 morning
Just steppe of the counter, 97.4 kilos, i believe i took down about 2-3 kilos in the last 4 days.
Day 4
At the gym at 4 PM for 1 hour 45.
Walked uphill for 30 mins (almost fell of the machine)
Intense straight walking for 45 min (after 10 min my liver started to hurt while eliminating toxines, though after the pain passed i felt a lot of energy and managed to go on for another 30 min, most fantastic effort so far, felt like i stepped over a mental block)
Lost about 1.4 kg in one day.

Day 3
Gym at 5 PM, for 60 min.
Intense walking for 35 min.
100 Abs.
20 Biceps
40 Chest
Food intake:
Morning: Tea and a bagel
Lunch: Tuna and salad
Dinner: 4 Oranges
Took: 2 Calcium + A&D Vitamin, 2 Ginseng, 1 Beviplex N
EFFORT: Intense
STATE OF MIND: Positive
PHISICAL STATE: Tired, a bit of muscle fever

Gym at 4 PM, for 75 min.
Intense walking for 45 min.
200 Abs.
Food intake:
Morning: milk and cereals
Lunch: Chicken soup and two slices of bread
Dinner: Simple green salad (olive oil and vinegar)
Took: 2 Calcium + A&D Vitamin, 2 Ginseng, 1 Beviplex N
EFFORT: Intense
STATE OF MIND: Positive
Day 1
25th May
Started going to the gym again. About 2 hours, from 7 PM - 9 PM
- Walking on the band 30 min
- Abs, 15 kg, 15 repeats x 5 series
- Chest, 20 kg, 10 repeats x 5 series
- Back, 30 kg, 15 repeats x 5 series
Had 101 Kg when i went in.
Took 2 Calcium Lactic + 1 A&D2 vitamins
EFFORT - MILD
STATE OF MIND - POSITIVE
